Mission Statement of Gospel Women's Ministry

"Seek ye first the kingdom of God, and His righteousness;
all these these things shall be added unto you" Matthew 6:33

GBWM seeks to equip and encourage women to exhibit God's love
and grace in their lives. Our heart is to offer opportunities for
growth and service in several areas of ministry.

  • In-depth Bible Study: To discover God's Truth for themselves; 2 Timothy 2:16
  • Retreat Ministry: For personal growth, refreshing and outreach.
  • The Father's Tea: Introducing new women to our church members.

All of these events are planned for our women to grow
"in the love and admonition of the LORD",
to serve others with joy, and, as an outreach to bring friends, neighbors and relatives
into a loving relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ.

  • Is my vision clear? (It's my responsibility to keep it clear.)

  • Is my heart for God increasing or decreasing?

  5. Women are encouraged to discover, develop, and use their spiritual gifts.
  6. Today's woman is ministered to.
  7. Coordination and organization are provided for in reach and outreach to women.
  8. Women receive woman-to-woman understanding and lay counseling.
  9. Older women mentor younger women.
  10. Entire families are affected as women are drawn closer to the Lord.
  11. Women get to help to fight spiritual battles.
